BROWNVILLE — With the annual town meeting scheduled for Monday, March 19 at the Brownville Elementary School — starting at 7 p.m. with a program and potluck supper beforehand beginning at 5 p.m. — the selectmen and budget committee are getting the articles comprising the 2012-13 spending plan ready for next month’s vote by Brownville residents.
